| POSITION SUMMARY |
|
Offers support to the Program Director of the STEP with Links program and students.
|
| ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS |
- Assist STEP Director in performing specific duties as assigned.
- Provide programmed practice activities and repetitions as developed by director.
- Guide independent study and other work assigned by the director.
- Report student problems to the director and assists with student problems.
- Supervise students during unstructured time during transitions.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining standards of student behavior.
- Assist in implementing all policies and rules governing student life and conduct.
- Help maintain order in the classroom; monitors students to keep them on task.

This is a part-time position which includes meeting after school one day per week from 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
