| POSITION SUMMARY |
|
To support and develop custom applications and troubleshoot, maintain, and repair a variety of technology-related equipment and systems.
|
| ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS |
- Repair hardware devices.
- Solves hardware, software, and/or network problems as requested.
- Maintains and orders parts and supplies in cooperation with other personnel.
- Configures, maintains, and troubleshoots peripheral devices.
- Configures, maintains, and troubleshoots network problems.
- Installs hardware and software.
- Performs duties as assigned by the Infrastructure Team or the Director of Information Technology.
- Provide technical support for staff and students.
- Physical Cabling.
- Site-based Inventory.

| EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE |
- Associate's Degree /technical school graduate, preferred.
|
| KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES |
- Possesses strong people skills and skills in areas of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently without supervision and to work as a member of a team when appropriate.
- Experience with ChromeOS, Microsoft Windows, and Google.
- Possessing an A+ Certification and/or N+ Certification is desirable.
- Familiar with the current version of Microsoft Windows.
- Experience working with Active Directory / Entra.
- Experience working in a Cisco or HPE/Aruba network environment.
